We provide all the marketing templates you need; your customers would assume they are calling your very own help desk!
Branded technical support
The service includes a dedicated phone number to our helpdesk connecting your customers directly to our support professionals who will answer the phone in your business name. We will assist you in directing emails to something like support@yourbusiness.co.uk into our support system, and we will reply from this address too.
Your customers will receive the same great service experienced by our own customers and will benefit from our advanced monitoring system. Where on-site support is required we will wear your uniform.
Marketing
Cultrix provides you with the helpdesk, but it is your responsibility to sell it. We already have marketing material which has been created to advertise our support services and we have turned these into blank unbranded templates for you to use. And as we produce new material, we will add to the templates. There is everything from letters and flyers to website content and display stands.
We can point you in the direction of designers and printers if necessary to provide you with a professional image.
How much does it cost?
This entire service is free! We just need an email address setting up for us to use and a few polo shirts with your logo; We provide everything else including a dedicated phone number.
